Astrology says that our life passes through different Dashas which can be favorable or unfavorable to us In general Grahas are divided into good and bad. If the Subha Graha as well as the Papa Graha is in the favorable position it brings as desirable results. But if they are in the unfavorable position the undesirable things happens in our life.
Why is itso? Modern psychologists’ says that our thoughts are the reason for our success and failure. The vedic literature and all the religious scriptures say the same thing If it is true all your positive thoughts brings you good result and the negative ones bad results
Papa Graha over rule us with negative thoughts influence us. Meanwhile the time of Subha Grahas all sorts of positive thoughts come to us. For example, the Sani dasa makes as lazy fatigue which results in the failures and loses. People become more aggressive in Kuja dasha. The tendency to do wrong things  hounts people in their Kethur Dasha. We will may fall in illicit relations in the Rahu Dasha. This is how the Dashas influence our state of mind.
Do we have a remedy? In the period of adverse Dasha period,one must do something to enhance the spirituality (Poojas,rituals,prayers,offerings) and strengthen their mind with positive thoughts and replace each negative thought with a positive one.
